Where is MARISKOVA & Co. based and is it in stores?

At present MARISKOVA & Co. is an online business that sells all products through its own Website only and do not have any stores. The company is based on Islay. The Isle of Islay is the southernmost island of the Inner Hebrides of Scotland.

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

If you no longer wish to receive Exclusive Email Offers, Discounts and the Latest News, just click on Unsubscribe button at the bottom of your email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible once they have been placed. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to your order once received. This includes changes to the delivery address, email address, contact details, cancelling the order, or adding or removing items from the order.

IMPORTANT

If there was an error with the shipping address, and the carrier returns an UNDELIVERABLE package, MARISKOVA & Co. has the right to cancel and refund the order, minus the customer’s original shipping cost, and recommend that the buyer reorder the item(s) with a corrected address.

I simply changed my mind and want to return my item(s)

In accordance with our Refund Policy, any returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of dispatch confirmation email for your order. Please note that you will have to cover the shipping costs for the return if you change your mind about an order. Any returns made after the 30 day policy will be offered an exchange.

Remember that the item(s) you return must be in the same condition you received them in. All item(s) remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received to MARISKOVA & Co. When returning item(s) we advise using a tracking service and proof of postage.

REFUND

You will receive a confirmation email, once we have received your returned item(s), that your refund has been processed. The money will be refunded using the same payment method you used when you purchased the item(s).

I received an incorrect item(s) in my order

Oh no, sorry about that! Please get in touch with us with your order number so that we can correct this as soon as possible for you.

Incorrect item(s) must be reported within 5 days after delivery. We will not be liable should you fail to do this.

My item(s) have arrived damaged

We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item(s), simply email a picture to us and we will email you a free returns label and arrange a replacement of your product(s) at our expense.

I am missing an item(s) from my order

If you are missing item(s) from your order there is a chance that it has been sent in two or more parcels depending on the quantity ordered, therefore the order may come in split deliveries. Please allow at least 5 working days after receiving the first parcel. During this time the remaining parcels should be delivered.

If you are still missing items after more than 5 working days please send us an email at info@mariskova.co.uk and we will investigate this further for you.
